Shipping policy

Pre-made products and Pre-Order products operate on two different shipping timelines.

Pre-made products are made ready to ship and can be sent out within 2-5 days of the initial product purchase.

Pre-Order products are made to order, by placing an order on a pre-order product you acknowledge and agree that fulfilment and delivery may take 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. During periods of high demand, production delays, and carrier delays might extend this timeframe.

Pre-Orders enter production shortly after the purchase. Because funds for production are allocated to process products immediately, orders cannot be refunded, canceled or modified.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been fulfilled and accepted by the shipping carrier.
